The Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) is a public education organization that serves 28 school districts and 500,000 students in Orange County. Stacy Deeble-Reynolds is a Coordinator for the OCDE’s Educational Technology Department. She is responsible for managing several programs that spotlight best practices of student learning and teaching using technology, including the annual Student Technology Showcase Festival and KitZu.com. Stacy oversees the CTAP Educational Technology grants, and supports teachers who are interested in infusing technology into their teaching practices. She is an OC CUE (Orange County Computer Using Educators) Gold Disk Award recipient, and is the 2012 ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) Chair of the Student Technology Showcase. Stacy has extensive experience working with nonprofit community organizations, and has worked in the fields of education and mental health in both Sacramento and southern California for the last 13 years. She holds a Masters degree in public administration from California State University, Long Beach.
